Ganara Holiday Program 2023
Objective:
Ganara Art Studio, one of the biggest creative art studios in Indonesia, wanted to increase class enrollments, improve community visibility, and attract visitors to its branch during the school term break through the annual Holiday Program.
Strategy:
1. | Repositioned the program as a creative event experience rather than a standard kids’ class, adding value and excitement.
2. | Initiated the idea to showcase the children’s artworks as an art installation, later titled “City of Dreams.”
3. | Collaborated closely with the Design team to ensure the exhibition aligned with Ganara’s creative identity.
4. | Led the marketing, copywriting, and campaign rollout, highlighting the installation’s storytelling and visual appeal.
5. | Used social media promotions and engaging copy to boost registrations and attract foot traffic to the exhibition.
Result:
The campaign generated outstanding results which sales doubled compared to previous terms, and the exhibition’s success led to requests for similar programs for adults. The “City of Dreams” installation gained strong attention, prompting an extension from one week to one month, which significantly boosted visitor turnout and online engagement.
